My name is Nishi and I moved to Alpharetta, Georgia from a little place called London, England 14 years ago. I started experimenting with baking with my mother in our kitchen a decade ago-- our kitchen, like many of yours, is the hub of our household. Over the years, we have developed recipes that incorporate our vegetarian philosophy with tons of sprinkles, love and vibrancy. Our kitchen is, and has always been, egg and meat free. Being raised in a vegetarian household pushed me all the way into trying vegan baking (it was quite a dive) a couple of years ago. Using rich ingredients, a clean aesthetic and incomparable standards has pushed my baking and design to a fun and creative space. I have combined my love for confections and my beliefs to develop my own unique style and taste.

 

I do not use dairy, gelatin or any other products derived from animals in the cakes themselves. Some frostings, like my delicious cream cheese and fresh cream frostings, do contain dairy. 

 

 

I also cater to those with allergies to soy, nuts and gluten (phew-- so many things).
